Will the new locks come with new keys?

Yes — typically 3 keys per cylinder, plus the option to add more. Restricted-key suites available where you want to limit who can copy keys.

Do you provide an insurance certificate?

Yes — written security upgrade documentation suitable for your insurer's records, included at no extra cost.

How quickly can you respond to an emergency?

Our target response time is 18-30 minutes across our service areas. Engineers are positioned to ensure rapid arrival 24/7, including weekends and bank holidays. We give you a realistic ETA on the phone before we leave.

Do you charge a call-out fee?

No call-out fee when the job goes ahead. We give you a transparent quote on site before any work starts. If you decide not to proceed once the engineer is on site, a £59 + VAT minimum attendance charge applies — this covers the engineer's travel, time and assessment. Cancelling by phone before the engineer arrives is free.

Are you available 24/7?

Yes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Out-of-hours work is available — exact pricing depends on the job and time of call, and is always confirmed before any work begins.
