Kingdom Locksmith Limited respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect when you contact us and how we use it.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry form or call our number, we collect your name, phone number, email (optional) and the location and nature of the job. This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and complete the work.

How we use it

Enquiry data is sent to our internal job-management system (Corem8) and to our office email so we can respond, dispatch an engineer, complete the work and follow up under warranty.

Sharing with locksmith service partners

Kingdom Locksmith works with a network of third-party locksmith partner companies that fulfil jobs in some of our coverage areas. When a job is allocated to a partner, we share the details required to complete it — your name, phone number, address or postcode, the nature of the work and any access notes — with that partner only. Partners are contractually bound to use this information solely to deliver the booked work and to handle it under UK GDPR. We do not sell or rent your personal data and we do not share it for marketing purposes. The lawful basis for this sharing is performance of a contract (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).

Other processors

We use a small number of trusted service providers to deliver the site and follow up on jobs: Corem8 (lead and job management), Resend (transactional email), Google (analytics and ads attribution) and CallTrackingMetrics (call attribution). Each is bound by their own data-protection terms.

Cookies & tracking

We use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and CallTrackingMetrics to measure ad performance. These services are loaded only after you accept cookies via our consent banner. See our cookie policy for details.

Your rights
