Pricing

Standard labour starts from £59 + VAT. All prices shown on this site are starting prices — the final figure depends on the lock, the parts required, the time of call (daytime or out-of-hours) and the engineer covering your area. Some areas are serviced by partner contractors whose rates may vary. We do not offer a guaranteed fixed price for any service.

We always provide a clear, itemised quote before any work begins. If you accept the quote, that is the price you pay on completion — no surprise on-site surcharges. If parts or scope change mid-job (for example, a lock is more damaged than first thought), we will pause, agree a revised quote with you and only continue once you confirm.

Call-out fee

We do not charge a call-out fee when the job goes ahead. If you choose not to proceed once the engineer is on site and a quote has been given, a minimum attendance charge of £59 + VAT applies — this covers the engineer’s travel, time and assessment. Cancelling by phone before the engineer arrives is free.

Warranty

Parts fitted by us carry a 12-month parts warranty. Workmanship is guaranteed for 6 months. If something we installed fails within 6 months we will return and put it right at no cost. Beyond 6 months, parts replacement is still covered for the remainder of the 12-month parts warranty, but a labour charge applies for the return visit.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of the work. We accept cash, card and bank transfer. A VAT receipt is provided for every job.

Cancellation

Non-emergency bookings can be cancelled by phone up to 2 hours before the agreed time at no charge. Emergency call-outs can be cancelled by phone before the engineer arrives at no charge. Once the engineer is on site, the £59 + VAT minimum attendance charge above applies if you choose not to proceed.

Service partners and data sharing

Some areas in our coverage map are serviced by third-party locksmith partner companies who deliver the work on our behalf. By booking a job with Kingdom Locksmith, you authorise us to share the details we need to dispatch and complete that job — your name, phone number, address or postcode, the nature of the issue, and any access notes you provide — with the assigned partner. Partners are bound by their own professional standards and by our supplier terms to use this information solely for the purpose of completing your job, and to return any unused data to us or destroy it after the work is closed. Acceptance of these terms

By booking a job, calling our number, submitting an enquiry form or otherwise instructing Kingdom Locksmith to attend your property, you confirm you have read and accepted these terms. Continuing to receive services without first reading this policy does not exempt you from it.

Customer satisfaction

If anything about our work or the service of one of our partners falls short of what you expected, contact us at Helpdesk@kingdomlocksmith.co.uk with the date of the visit and a description of the issue. We will do everything within our power to put the matter right and reach a fair resolution.

Liability

Kingdom Locksmith Limited carries £5,000,000 of public liability insurance. In the event of a claim arising from our work, contact Helpdesk@kingdomlocksmith.co.uk with the date of the work and a description of the issue.
